What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 6.5-7 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

It's winter here in mn, this rides nice and can be as delicate as needed. I'm going to wait for warmer weather to open it up a bit more. Battery is east to remove for charging inside. Comfortable seat, suspension gives a nice ride, led screen and all controls work as they should. Tires are good and stable on snow. Simple assembly.. breaks need a bit of adjusting.. easy peasy.

Should of been 20 min. But we are new at assembling
Tires so nice and durable for variable situations.
Only problem was took 2 1/2 months to get here. I was told it was pre order on their site, pretty sure I looked over for 2 days on where I ordered didn't say preorder. Had option to trade out for what they had in stock here in the states, basically same bike with flames, but opted out for waiting.
For my wait was given added back seat worth 80 bucks and a 70$ refund that will eventually come in like 30 days.
In all honesty I'm glad I waited, it was a good deal for what I received, I did a lot research before buying and the value and getting what I wanted was most important to me
My 1st E-bike and I couldn't ask for anything better. Jasion is a great company and I would not hesitate to buy another one for my wife.

My husband put this together for our son for Christmas yesterday. This bike turned my husband into a kid again. He was so impressed. The back tire needs air in it and I hope that it doesn’t give us a problem but overall pleased with this bike even before we give it to our son for Christmas.
Very good performance, easy to ride. My first e bike of this type, I used to ride MTB but this feels pretty different. The price is what you get. Nice extended seat.
