What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

EB5 Roamer
Got the Jasion EB5 Roamer in Dec 2024. Have over 700 miles on it. Fun and reliable. Jasion's e-mail customer service is prompt and helpful. Recommended for those who need a city bike on a budget.

So far good
Haven't been able to ride my bike yet. Had problems with shipping and the bracket for the display was broken in which I'm still waiting for. As soon as I receive that bracket I'll continue assembling the bike. Hopeful I can ride next Monday.
This is basically a low cost department store bike with an electric drive group. It gets you up the hills, and makes riding fun and accessible. The mechanical brakes require a greater stopping distance than I am used to, and they squeal a bit, but they get the job done. When I received my bike it had a broken display bracket. I e-mailed support and in a couple days they sent a replacement bracket and display.
Only one little thing arrived broken.; display and settings litte monitor’s plastic holder.
Is there the way you can ship a replacement?
I've received my Jasion EB5 Roamer within the delivery date promised. The package shipped via FedEx. Package was in good shape. One minor scratch in frame, but I can live with that. The headlight, and rear light were powered on inside package when I opened it. I carefully inspected entire bicycle. Everything was fine. I continued to assembly. The manual supplied is informative. Easy to read, and diagram photos were helpful. Over all easy assembly. I'm pleased with the condition of the bicycle as well as the quality. Battery was charged without any issues. Bicycle powered on without any issues as well. First test ride was great. Easy to operate. Acceleration is amazing. Very swift. Comfortable ride. I did receive mine with the pannier bag, and phone holder. Both are of good quality. I chose my Jasion EB5 Roamer for its speed, warranty, easy to reach customer service, affordability. I would recommend this bike to those who commute to work in a downtown type of setting. Those who enjoy rides to the park, and using paved trails. My only dislike about my purchase has nothing to do with Jasion directly, it's just the fact that purcashing online is a real task. You don't know exactly what you're getting. A lot of research went into this. I'm happy with the EB5 Roamer, but I do wish I went with the foldable model instead. Which brings me to the shipping, and return policy. After having the Roamer in my possession I see now that I'd rather have the EB7 or the Hunter. I can't return this EB5 Roamer unless I minus return shipping cost. For now I will use the Roamer with intentions of trying to sell it privately this way I can come back to Jasion for the models mentioned. Thank you Jasion for your outstanding customer service, and beautiful bicycles you offer. I'm still very pleased with my first e-bike purchase. Again no complaints about my experience other than my own indecisiveness.
First ebike, ordered on a Sunday received that next Tuesday. So far it ride great, for a stock seat it's comfy and assembly took less than thirty minutes. Only had to adjust the disc brakes slightly.
The display that was shipped with it worked, HOWEVER, the bracket that mounted it was broken out of the box. Within less than a day they responded, and shipped not only the bracket I needed but also another display they told me I could keep for spare. Super easy fix and excellent service! Received my replacement today. No complaints to be had. And the blue color looks much better in person!
