At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

My wife and I bought the bike combo during a Haloween sale in October of 2024.
We absolutely love them! We have a paved bike trail next to our home that we use frequently. The battery life is remarkable! I added the mirrors to mine. My wife now wants to add them to her bike. What we like about the Ebikes is that you choose how much exercise you get on each ride. The quality of the bikes and the ease to put them together is worth raving about as well. The price fit our budget and we highly recommend this brand.

We purchased both the EB5 Roamer & Roamer ST, I was a little skeptical to order these on-line, but to my surprise with the easy of assembly, and the quality of the bikes. We had are first ride of 20 miles and they worked perfectly. I highly recommend, we very pleased with our purchase
Straightforward assembly, easier with two people. Everything needed is provided including all tools! Having the laptop with the assembly process near by was great, I watched it for each step, paused, assembled, repeat for next strp
We ordered the EB5 and expected it in the
3-5 day advertised shipping promise. After 6 days I called the customer service number to follow up on the order. They were out of the color we ordered and were waiting for restocking. The problem is we had no communication about the delay. We changed to black, an in stock color, and got the order confirmation the next day.
After reviewing several ebike companies, I chose the Jasion EB5 Roamer. Reasons:
1. Price (no extra delivery charges like other companies.
2. Bike included; fenders, rear bike rack, canvas saddle bags, 2 year warranty, higher wattage motor then other companies, head light and rear tail light (including brake and turn signal functions).
3. Excelent responses from the Sales and Support department staff.
4. Build quality, solidly built
I found less expensive ebikes online, but they did not offer the inclusive package that Jasion did, and they charge delivery fees in the range of $100 to $250.
Highly recomend the EB5 Roamer!
I was nervous the first time I rode, but after a 10 mile ride, I felt comfortable. The bike is heavy , but I never had to use more than pedal assist 1. This bike has good power! I am a 69 yo woman who used to ride on a regular basis, but stopped riding due to health issues. It feels great getting back on a bike! Thanks!
We bought 2 Roamers, our first ebikes. I enjoy the added value of having power available. My wife has fallen head over heels with her Roamer and has neared 1000 miles to my 300. The look is great, they function as they were designed to, and having brake, head, and signal lights is a nice bonus. Comfortable to ride.
With any ebike, reading all the manuals. and practicing in a large empty space is essential. Once the power button is engaged, the bikes are already in low power mode, (not neutral). It's real easy to accidentally touch the throttle. The bike will also throttle automaically after one revolution of the pedals unless it's in neutral. We both have been caught off guard because we ignored this fact. We learned to always immediatly put it in neutral when turning the bikes on and when coming to a stop. I pedal manually at first, then turn on the power while rolling. Actually the bikes are very comfortable pedaling manually. I try to use the power sparingly whereas my wife likes power from start to stop. 😅
We love these bikes enough that I invested in a hitch reciever on the car to accomadate an ebike rack to take to more bike trails.
Put 55 miles on it this last weekend. quality seems very good. Front fender was broken in shipping but they responded quickly and sent me a new one. Great to respond to emails.
