At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. The 1st gear speed feels more like traditional bicycle riding and provides electric assistance, allowing you to enjoy the pleasure of riding without exerting extra effort

Samsung 48V11A Battery
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V11A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. Jasion Bike employs a quick-detach sealed design for the battery, with multiple layers of protective sheathing achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Very impressed so far. Everything is of excellent quality. Assembly was easy the instructions were a little confusing but still went together easily. The bike looks way nicer in person than in the pictures. I was very impressed with the performance on my first ride.
Hopefully after some use I will still be as equally impressed.

Received my bike 2 days ago and today it was put together. I really like this bike so much. It is really fast for what I’m using it for. No complaints at this time.
I am impressed with the quality of the bike and for this price its a great value. The only thing is its a little jerky and accelerates fast because it us a cadence sensor type which wasnt clear on the website. I wish there was a way to adjust the acceleration and not just the speed.

I bought this bike upon retirement. I ride with my sister and brother in law. It is a smooth ride and easy assembly. I am very satisfied with my bike purchase and recommend Jasion.
Everything from my interaction with the JasionBike rep. to the user-friendly website, to the ordering process, speed of delivery and product selection packaging was a 10+. The assembly video and instruction booklet are beyond sufficient to assemble the few items that need assembly even if you are not good with such things.
Then, the cherry on top, the Ebike is a blast and you simply can’t beat the price.

Easy to assemble. Great performance, easy to operate. Good strong bike. Very quite and a very smooth ride. It gets up to speed pretty quick.
The minor assembly of the necessary parts was very easy after watching the online videos. It was actually fun and all parts matched up as they should. I have ridden it in both Utah and Idaho already and it is just what I had hoped to obtain. It is powerful enough to get you out of a dangerous spot fast if needed.
