Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@jasionbike.com after placing your order. If your order is canceled before shipment, we will charge a 5% handling fee based on the order amount. If the order has already been shipped, a $180 processing fee will be deducted. The detailed handling fees for other products are as follows:
Exchange
Before Shipping
Free replacement for products of the same price. If you want to change to a different model, you will be responsible for the difference in price between products.
Shipped but not yet received
If the package has been shipped, no exchanges are accepted.
Delivered (We only accept exchanges within 14 days)
Ensure the bicycle is unworn, and the electric bike's odometer mileage must be less than ten (10) miles, with no dirt, dust, or odor. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of:
- $180 for the bike
- $30 for accessories
- $100 for the battery
If you want to exchange for a different model, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of $180 and the price difference between products.
Returns
After your e-bike is delivered, you can start a return process within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 14 days. Before starting the return process, please contact support@jasionbike.com for approval. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the customer refuses to accept the package, a $180 fee will be charged.
Items Eligible for Return
To start a return, ensure the bike is unworn, with an odometer mileage of less than ten (10) miles, free from dirt, dust, and odor.
The shipping label will be provided by JasionBike; please ensure the products are packed securely and do not ship them by yourself before receiving the label. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $180.
Used Items
We do not accept returns on used items.
Damages and Issues
If the product is defective or damaged, send photos or videos of the damages to customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods. The damaged parts will be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
For non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Used goods, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and gift orders will not be accepted, except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction covered under our warranty.

NOTICE:
If your return or exchange request is approved by Jasion®, you may receive a new product or a refund. The shipping label will be provided by Jasion®, so please do not ship the items back until you receive the label.
Please notify us with the tracking number after returning any items. Once we receive your return, we will either replace the item or refund your money as soon as possible. If the returned items do not meet the requirements above, we will return them to you immediately with notification. Restocking fees (25%) may apply to unauthorized returns.
For returned or exchanged items, we require 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
The refund period is 7-15 business days (varies by bank). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
