Great bike and great customer service. Definitely worth the money! I will be getting a second bike for my wife!

Overall the bike is a great product, better assembly instructions would have been appreciated, even a photo of the finished product would have helped. I have been riding for over a week everyday to work and the battery is still full.

The bike came fast and has been so much fun for my 14 year old son. It is really well build and really fast!

My husband has enjoyed this e-bike! It’s great for the price point. He likes that it has gears. The seat is very comfortable. The bike came within 2 weeks. My son already had an ebike. The two have enjoyed evening rides out on our country roads. We do not like to leave the battery in the bike in the heat. It’s a little more difficult to remove than the tomofree e-bike we have, but not a huge deal.

Hands down easy to handle . I use it to go surfing Lowerz all the time . So stoked on this Bike !

As a long-time bicyclist, the Jasion X-Hunter is pretty good. As I have aged, the ebike platform is a great way to continue enjoying bike riding, and the low profile of the X-Hunter with the 20" wide tires gives me the stability I need. Could Jasion make some improvements? Sure... here's my wish list:
- Provide instructions to adjust PAS sensitivity using P11 and P12 - these settings are not explained;
- Re-shape the rear wheel fender bracket rod so it avoids pressing on the rear brake caliper. Currently, I had to re-shape it myself, with difficulty;
- Re-program the method to reset trip mileage - make it simpler than resetting P16;
- Provide an upgrade path for getting a light package which includes turn signal lights;
- Right now, the console can monitor the remaining battery voltage - convert that information to "percentage remaining" so that it's clear what this value means.

This X Hunter is an awesome bike - powerful and fast on hills and eats rough terrain for breakfast. 4" tires are the best. I am 6'2" 250 lbs and it works great.

We also have the EB& 2.0 for my wife and I also have the awesome powerful Thunder.

These Jasion bikes are the best, especially for the value. Packaging and delivery are great. Take your time with set-up and look at a few set-up videos. Make sure everything is tightened-up and then do a few safety checks. Once you do one, the rest are easy, but take your time - an hour or two from opening package, to charging, to test ride, to be safe. Start charging your battery as soon as you receive it, even not yet unpackaged. Be careful of the handlebars and lights which hang on the wires until you install them. All simple tools are included - 2 wrenches and several allen wrenches. Learn how to install the front wheel , the handlebars and the peddles. The rest is easy. Make sure that the front wheel is very tight and secure. Pump up your tires.

You will love these bikes as they are game changers for fun road and off road, and hills. We ride them on roads, paths, and trails in the White Mts. of NH. Powerful!

Nice product! Packaging was good! The bike was easy to assemble. Highly recommend this product. Very solid and well built bike.

Just received these and really like them. Easy to assemble. Wish the brakes didn't squeak so much.
