We are very happy with our purchase of this bike. It will be our main mode of transportation. It is very sturdy and powerful with many miles per charge. Very easy to charge and can fold up for storage or relocating. This bike will enable me to get to work now instead of public transportation. Very excited to use this every day.
Really good bike! i’ve had it for 4 days now and i love it, though having issues with the screen falling off, other than that it seems to be very good quality.
We received our bikes as expected and both arrived without any damage. We are not exceptionally handy assembling anything so we were concerned about having to assemble the bikes. My “un-handy” husband was able to assemble each bike in less than one hour using the instruction manual that was upon request. We live in a very hilly area and at our age of 70 and 75 our manual bikes were beginning to be a challenge. We both feel like a younger version of ourselves as we zip up hills with absolutely no problem. The step-through feature is an added bonus since my husband has had two hip replacement. The bikes are comfortable with adjustable suspension and come with safety features as a horn, headlight, turn and brake signals. The bikes were easy to learn how to operate and have plenty of ptfor our hilly terrain. The throttle is especially helpful when we need to start uphill. The battery can be brought inside to charge and we like the keyed lock. We have already planned a 4-day overnight bike trip with friends and look forward to many new adventures with these incredible bikes. We spent a long time researching what features we wanted and our EB5 Roamer checked off all the boxes at an incredible price.
We have had this bike for over a year now. And it has held up great! Customer service has been super helpful. They have responded quickly to the two emails I have sent inquiring about the bike. They sent detailed responses for how to trouble shoot any issues. We thought the bike wasn’t working and was about to take it into the local shop and would have had to spend over $100 for them to look at it. Jasion customer service sent an email for things to check and we found out it was just a cord that came unconnected. We plugged it back in and out two teenager boys were back on the road. Highly recommend.
We are very pleased with our X hunters, we got the combo deal and both bikes arrived on time one a few days after the other seems the were shipped from different locations.
We took our first adventure weekend to the spirit of the Suwannee music park in Live Oak Florida. Rode several miles on roads and trails by the rive.
If i had any complaints it would be there needs to be more in depth information about the setting p01 p02 etc.
Purchased the EB5 and EB5 st for the girlfriend and I. We have used it 3 times since we bought 10days ago. So far they are exactly what we wanted. Great purchase
We can't get enough time in! We love our Jasion Ebikes! A great way to explore and it's awesome being able to choose the level of workout vs. power assist wanted. It really adds more enjoyment to my ride. The bikes are well built, made with a high-quality standard. The bikes were easy to assemble, and two fit easily in my mid-size SUV. We've gotten a lot of inquiries from other cyclists because the folding feature is a game-changer. We're planning to map out the top East Coast bike trails as well as touring some of the cities in our region. These bikes are great on the road and dirt trails. SO FUN!
These bikes are tough looking. Rugged for the larger rider!
This is my first electric bike and so far I'm very satisfied. I have only ridden it briefly but performance is excellent. It was easy to assemble and delivery time was fast. My only regret is not ordering the X hunter sooner! So I had more time to ride this year. Once I get the chance to really test it I'll let you know how the X Hunter performs.

Wasn’t sure if it was going to be a good purchase. They all look pretty on the website, but when I received my box and started putting together, I was pretty impressed with the quality and workmanship right from the beginning of the bike was packaged and secured once it was put together, I realize this pretty nice bike well-made well designed and great. I totally recommend this product to anyone looking for a new bike.

I love this bike
We purchased two bikes after seeing our neighbors riding their bikes and we love them. We put them together quickly and started riding the next day. We enjoy riding around town after work. We like the fact that they have a headlight/brake light if we stay out after dark. We recommend them to everyone that asks about them.

I bought the XHunter for myself a few months ago. Was too tall for the wife so I just bought the EB7 2.0 for her and it’s perfect! Going to put some miles on both of them tomorrow. Seems to be a good quality bike for the money. I got a free basket with my X hunter. Would have been nice to get one with hers too.

Great bang for your buck
Did some online searching for a commuting e-bike and came across JASION glad I did i went with the eb5 roamer having a motor that peaks at 1200 allowing you to reach speeds of 28mph with throttle and PAS it holds a max load of 400 pounds I’m 6’2 230 I didn’t think twice and made my decision when the bike arrived it came well packaged nothing was damaged on the bike it was easy to assemble once I saw the bike completed i fell in love that blue was so clean looking in the sun
I made a purchase for the combo set for my wife and I. I was impressed with the customer service and the quick shipping. We had our bikes delivered in a couple of days. They both arrived well packed with no damage. We have been using them and find the bikes easy and fun to use. The bikes have good speed with a comfortable ride.
