X-Hunter’s wide tire design demonstrates our pursuit of e-bike performance and stability. Craftsmanship
From a technological perspective, X-Hunter is equipped with a four-link structure that drives the movement of the entire electric bicycle through a central four-link structure. 48V13A Battery by Samsung
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V13A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.

I bought the x hunter combo set and we love them! I got the white and black and personally these bikes are the best looking E bikes out. Very affordable and easy to ride.
After comparing and researching, me decided to go with Jasion. We received the bikes fairly quick, super easy to put together. We changed out the seat to one that worked better for us. We loved the set up of the bike from online viewing and did not disappoint in person. After riding all summer in various locations and terrain we still are not disappointed. If you are considering buying an ebike o would definitely chose Jasion brand. The customer service is great and the bikes are even better. You will not be disappointed!!
Got my son the X Hunter for his 13th birthday! He loves it!
I recently purchased 2 X Hunters, EB7 2.0 and an EB7 ST. We have over 100 miles on all 4 bikes and I can’t express enough how happy we are with our purchases. We went camping last week and got so many positive comments and a few even got the info on where we purchased them so they could also make a purchase. The bikes are built very well and we put over 35 miles on them in a day and still had 3 out of 5 bars left on the battery. We have zero complaints on any of the bikes. I highly recommend these bikes for anyone in the market for a reliable E-bike.
I recently purchased 2 X Hunters, 1 EB7 2.0 and an ST. I will start by expressing how satisfied I am with all 4 bikes. The build quality and welds on them are very clean and the finish seems to be of high quality. The bikes are very comfortable to ride and the battery life is excellent. I put almost 35 miles on it in a day and I still had 3 bars left. My son rode his X Hunter around the track at our house and did not have one complaint. I highly recommend Jasion for anyone who is looking for a high quality bike without a high quality price.
I love the overall power assist and capacity that my X-Hunter provides. The bike feels solid over grass and smooth trails. I had a warranty claim with the motor where a small piece of circlip broke off. I sent pictures and a description of the problem. Jasion Support within a day or two agreed to send me the required replacement assembly at no charge besides shipping. This is the kind of back up and support I needed and received from Jasion. Happy customer.
We love our bikes! They are great for in town and the mountains! We can’t wait to ride when we get off work every day.
Both my wife and I are in our 60’s and retired. We were looking for a way to get motivated to get out and become more physically active. We live in an area with a State Park and National Forest nearby with endless opportunities to ride bikes on scenic trails and paths. Jasion provides a pathway to a affordable and quality option to get “out there “ and experience the outdoors without the fear of becoming overwhelmed by physical limitations. We can now confidently embark on a 20+ mile excursion into the depths of nature without that fear. So far the X-Hunter has been reliable and easy to operate and my several communications with custom service via email have been quick, responsive and have resolved my minor issues with the bikes. Those issues involving the quick shipment of a couple of replacement parts. We are loving our Jasion X-Hunter bikes and new found hobby of getting stronger and healthier!
