This thing is super fun with the headlights and taillight and super safe at night and it hauls ****

The bike is great so far. No issues and everything works as advertised. Only issue is the back passenger foot pegs hit my heels when peddling and will have to be removed.

Well it packaged extremely well. I was able to ride it around the block. But due to working a lot. It’s parked in my garage. I love the looks of it. It is nicely made. It was easy to put together.

I've decided that everything that I buy that is built in China and comes in at a significant price advantage over very similar name brand products should be looked at in this manner. Don't expect it to be perfect, and if it has a little flaw that can be repaired or fixed at a minimal cost, you are still very much in the winners column. Expect it and you won't be disappointed. My YR 20 arrived with two minor problems. First I was getting an error message which when I looked in the manual had to do with the breaking so I looked at the brake handles and sure enough the sensor on one of the brake handles had backed out so the switch was not getting activated when you pulled the brake handle. Screwed it in a couple of turns, problem fixed. On the same brake handle I also noted there was a little brake fluid (mineral oil) that had leaked out around the fitting. Again a couple of turns on the fitting, and that problem was gone. Now let's get to the bike. It is great in pretty much everything from the quality, to the features, to the display to the performance. Only one caveat if you're hoping to not have the speed controller not limit the top speed to about 31-32 mph the factory says no way as they have to comply with US laws and I've not seen any hacks online to unlock it. The sad thing is I see minimal difference in acceleration or top speed for this bike versus two other E bikes I have which have motors half the size. Now if you're not interested in going faster than that, which 32 mph is really plenty fast on an E bike, this company versus the other competitors selling E bikes in the same price range really does stand out as a significantly better. I believe the bike is better built and equally important the customer service is really top-notch. I made three inquiries by email and received detailed, accurate responses within 24 hours to all three. (not some cut-and-paste response from a script, but a real answer to my question)
Bottom line I'm super stoked with Jasion and the YR20. Oh yeah, one more thing . . If you notice the graphics that are printed on the bike are so subtle they're almost nonexistent. Since I wanted some flash, I went on Amazon and got a couple of hot looking 13 inch long, red and black nameplates for $10 and applied them to the side of the bike. They're supposed to go on a Chevrolet truck that says "Vortac MAX" and now everyone thinks I've got some new hot model they have never seen before. That is except for Chevy truck owners who are just confused when they see me drive-by.

I gave it four start instead of 5 only because I have no idea of what a super expensive bike is like in comparison.
