I've had the Thunder for about 2 weeks and I like it. Its my first E-bike so there is a learning curve. Assembly was easy and straight forward. Make sure you go through EVERY bolt and Allen **** and not just the ones you have to assemble. I ride it to 16-20 miles a day to work and back and with all throttle and no pedaling the bike is usually at 30-40% when I get home. Obviously it would go up if I do pedal assist. The seat isn't the most comfortable. The biggest downside I've experienced is flat tires. In 2 weeks I've had 3 flats. My city doesn't have the cleanest bike lanes but the website says "puncture resistant"---I know that doesn't mean "puncture proof" but the tires have not "resisted" punctures lol. I bought liners to go in-between the tire and tubes and it helped for the front tire but the back tire is still going flat. I think its a learning curve replacing the tubes but I do wish they already came with a liner or something more heavy duty for a turn key bike that you can enjoy for months without having to service it. Taking the rear tire off was a little scary but once you figure it out its not so bad.
Overall I'm happy, just need to get the tires to hold air so i can enjoy it!
This bike is comfortable and fast enough for my need. I was able to goe about 26 miles on full electric.

It came in box looked rough but no damages only thing was missing **** on collar that holds handlebars on. Bought at home depot for 5 dollars.
I’ve only had the bike for 2weeks and only used it a handful of times and already had a slow leak in my tires unfortunately.
The bicycle was received within one week, and I am highly satisfied with its performance; the battery life is excellent, and the ride quality is amazing.
Was easy to understand assembly instructions. The bike handles well, easy to get on. Seat was a little uncomfortable

1. What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

2. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

3. What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Does my height suit Thunder?
The recommended rider height is 5'2" to 6'3".
5. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 7-8 hours.
6. How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
7. Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.
