Ordered a bike a couple weeks back, 2-5 day delivery, never came. Emailed customer service, waited another week for a response and they told me that they don’t actually have that bike in stock and it won’t be in stock for a few months… they said I could upgrade for a few hundred more dollars though, and if I did they would send me a free lock!!!! lol

Gave them a “loan” (paid them for something they don’t even have) a month ago, and my refund will reportedly take another 15 days…

We received two of these on July 5th and have put over 700 miles on them! Seriously considering upgrading to the Hunter Pro this coming Spring.

Varey so far haven't had much time to check it out but I am happy.
So I was researching ebike for a bit and it came down to Jasion and another brand. After watching reviews I finally pulled the trigger. I bought 2 EB7 2.0 in green.
Delivery was super fast almost a week before the expected date.
After spending 30mins assembling both bikes we were set to go. The bikes came about 95 percent pre assembled. Just had to cut the wrapping, installed the handle bar, seat and pedals and your done!
The bikes had a really good quality feel to them
The ride is super fun and awesome. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a ebike. Also they both fold so I can bring both of them to trails without buying a bike rack.
I have been using it for quick fishing trips down to ponds around my neighborhood.

Everything about the bike is a upgrade for me. I've put on 64 miles of all types of steep and moderate hills, and off-road terrain and the tires still hold air and without damage. The battery still holds a charge and I can finally go 28mph lots of times and lots of times 30 or above instead of only 22 mph like I did on my last ebike from another company and that bike said it was supposed to go 28mph but only went 22mph. Keep up the good work Jasion. And the charger still works good too.

1. What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

2. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).
Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you first contact us at support@jasionbike.com.

3. What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Does my height suit EB7 2.0?
The recommended rider height is 5'1"-6'2".
5. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 4-5 hours.
6. How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
7. What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
8. Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.
