Shop with confidence during our Anniversary Sale. If the price of your purchased eBike drops on our official website within 30 days of your order date, you may contact our support team to request a price adjustment.

Eligibility

  • Applies only to purchases made on our official website during the Anniversary Sale period (May 22, 2026 – June 8, 2026).
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The item must be the same model, color, and configuration.
  • The order must not be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Exclusions

The 30-Day Price Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Limited-quantity flash sales
  • Bundle offers or free gift promotions
  • Open-box or refurbished products
  • Third-party marketplace purchases
  • Price differences caused by discount codes, affiliate offers, or regional pricing

Adjustment Method

Approved price differences will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit at our discretion.
