1. What's the JASION Membership Program?

It’s our rewards program designed for JASION riders. Earn points when you shop or complete simple activities, then redeem them for discounts, rewards, and exclusive member perks. As you level up, you’ll unlock even more benefits like special offers, early access, and VIP rewards.

2. How to join?

Simply create a JASION account, and you’ll automatically become a member and start earning rewards.

3. Is the rewards program free?

Absolutely — joining is completely free.

4. What are the tiers of this program?

There are 3 membership tiers: Trailblazer, Pathfinder, and Peak Rider. Your tier updates automatically 30 days after delivery of a qualifying order. See the Membership Program page for full details.

5. How can I check my account details?

Log into your JASION account to view your points balance, rewards, membership tier, and account activity anytime.

Yes. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Your points will be added automatically 30 days after your order is paid.

4. Can I earn JASION Bucks if I purchase on other platforms?

Currently, points can only be earned on purchases made through the official Jasion website. Orders placed through other platforms or marketplaces are not eligible for rewards points.

5. What happens to my JASION Bucks if I return the product or cancel my order?

If an order is canceled or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically removed from your account balance.

6. What doesn't qualify for Bucks?

Points are not earned on canceled orders, refunded purchases, shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, or orders placed through third-party platforms.

2. Can I cancel my redemption?

Once redeemed, rewards cannot be canceled or refunded.
