Part 1:  Giveaway

Eligibility

To be eligible, customers must place order on jasionbike.com during Nov 18 and Dec 3.

Prize Draw

Qualified participants will be automatically entered into a random draw for the chance to win the Prize. For each winner, the Prize consists of:

(1) Full Refund on Your JasionBike Order. The total number of winners is 5

(2) Free Accessory. The total number of winners is 4, distributed as follows:
Helmet*1
Rear Basket*1
Phone holder*1
Mirror*1

Winner Selection

The draw will take place on Dec 4, 2025.

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible participants.

JasionBike reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and disqualify participants who breach these Terms & Conditions.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in order before Dec 5, 2025. The notification email will include free order winner and accessory winner. 
 

General Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

JasionBike may from time to time amend, suspend or terminate the promotion with advance notice, especially for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

In case of any dispute, JasionBike’s decision shall be final.

Part 2: General Information

Eligibility

• To be eligible to participate in the Black Friday promotion you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) with JasionBike account during the Promotion Period (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).

• You can only participate in the Black Friday promotion after you register and log in.

Shipping and Packaging

• All the orders apply to our Shipping Policy. During the promotion, there may be slight delays in shipments.

• The accessories will be shipped separately from the ebike.

• Please note that your order might be shipped in multiple packages. For more details, please click Track Your Order.

Returns & Refunds

• According to our Returns & Refunds policy, if you need to initiate a return request, please submit your application through Customer Support within 14 days of receiving the item(s). All physical products that came with your purchase should be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.

• For your return and refund application, if the purchased item comes with a complimentary gift, the gift must be returned. Otherwise, the original price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

• JasionBike shall have the right to cancel any order in case of or suspicion of fraudulent activity without consulting the participant or obtaining his/her consent.
