Just put it together was fairly easy it is fun to ride

the bikes were well packaged and were easy to assemble. great looking and super performance.
You definitely need to learn to ride an e-bike. In addition to the gears you have to regulate the level of power assist.

I previously had a fold up ebike(another company) and did not care for it..I seen the Roamer EB5 ST and thought it would be better for me and I would be at a more straighter position to ride. Yes it is perfect for that! I cannot get over what a smooth and quite ride it is!! Last ebike it would grab and jerk when I went into the next PAS level and it was loud, this one does not do this. Love the horn, brake light and blinkers too! My control pad was cracked and wire pinched cut, it works, but I did email into customer service and I am waiting for a reply about a new one. Other than that it is a perfect bike for me! I love the the green color makes the bike look really nice. It is great that I do not have to reach under the battery to insert the key...it is on the outer side and perfectly placed. Price was what I would expect. My hubby also purchased a x-hunter and is very happy with his!I would highly recommend this bike and Jasion Bike
Shipped and arrived quickly! Easy Peazy assembly came with a tool kit!! Very comfortable , cool look… powerful . I love my bike!

Received my X-Hunter bike today. Assembly was a breeze! The color (blue) was perfect! The quality of the bike overall exceeeded my expectations. The horn is r really loud so it will certainly alert people. The light has good brightness. Seat is even more comfy than I thought it would be. Cannot wait to take it camping and hit the trails.
We really like the bike and the quality of the. Components. My only complaint is that when you pedal on pas 1 the bike goes 12 mph which is too fast to stay with a person walking. Jasion says that you can’t adjust the pedal speed but I was able to on my two other electric bikes.
The bikes are well made and easy to maneuver. The gauges are easy to read and placed within your line of sight. We made an excellent choice when we chose Jasion.
We are having a blast on the EB7 and EB7 ST.
I was skeptical about purchasing this bike. I decided to buy the bike and it was the best purchase I’ve made. I really enjoy it.
Purchased 2 one for my wife and one for me. We are excited and pleased with the product and the many features that come standard. Simple to assemble and performs as stated.

I am quite unhappy that in less than 2 weeks and under 60 miles I get stranded in a SLC neighborhood. What initially seemed like a chain coming off, turned in a 2 mile walk to a bike repair place where they told me the Derailleur is broken. And then they added, this is a cheap, plastic Shimano and suggested a better derailleur. But to add these better ones I may need a new chain and cable. NTF - after a week? Can I trust this bike?
Dealing with customer service has been its own situation. See below and let’s hope the White bike can be taken care of.

If I’m understanding correctly, you cannot hear the difference between the black bike and the white bike and the noise of the rattling between the compartments. I can try and record it as I ride, but that might be a little difficult. I didn’t realize it was going to be this difficult to try and get a Mother’s Day present which is my bike, to be proper when it arrived. But instead, it comes with a damaged box. scratches on the frame, the back rack and a loud noise, of the battery and its compartment. I am getting irritated with all this extra work on a Mother’s Day gift. That should’ve arrived ready to go. I will try to record the noice while I ride but I don’t understand what the difference would be either shaking the bike so you can hear the noise or riding the bike on the street to hear the noise. It’s the same noise.
Please expedite this or move it forward to someone who can help me if you’re unable to help me any further. I have completed every task you’ve asked me too.
