At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

I really like the jasion eb5 roamer. With the following exceptions. You don’t need the key to use the bike, the only thing the key does is eject the battery, this is a big issue with me as far as theft goes. The top spied is advertised as 28 mph , but can’t get it past 20 mph . Chain guard was broken upon arrival. Otherwise it’s a great bike and easy to assemble.
Very nice looking bike. Missing nuts to hold on blinker light. Need instructions on how to set speedometer to mph etc. Wish it had an 18 ah battery minimum. Wish it had a half twist or full twist throttle.
I live in Bentonville, AR and I was looking for a bike to be my daily transportation. So far, it is doing a great job as a daily driver. The only changes I would make are better pedals and 21 speeds instead of 7.
Great bike as a young adult looking to save money on gas and insurance. I love this bike it is perfect for someone like me who has access to job, family and friends nearby! I’ve had no issues other than the derailer and shifting gears. It won’t get to 6th or 7th for some reason.
This is an excellent combo for the price. Super easy to assemble and so far, worth every penny. Would recommend Jasion bike to anyone wanting a starter/novice rider.
Nice bike. I thought I did the review already. On my bike EB5 ST came in and the put together was easy. We bought the EB5 for my husband and the seat came in damaged.. Sent an email yesterday to have a new one sent to replace the damaged one. Waiting to hear back to know when to expect the new seat. Overall the bike’s are nice.
We have only had our bikes a very brief time and so far they are everything we had wanted. Appear to have great acceleration from a dead stop in electric mode only which was crucial to us with bad knees. Time will tell the whole story, but for now we are very happy with the bikes
Fantastic customer sales and support.
It was fairly easy to assemble but then, i had a bike stand to hold it in position to get the front wheel on. It is fairly heavy, around 60 lbs. but has a comfortable ride. I haven’t taken any long distance rides but it is fairly straight forward to operate. You must be careful when you start to peddle and the motor kicks in. If you are in a turn, you might loose control. It is a fun bike to ride and highly recommend it at this point.
Nice bike! Wasn’t too hard to put together and looks great. Took it out for a test ride and love the comfort of the seat and the smooth ride. Happy with the bike.
