At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. Samsung 48V11A Battery
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V11A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Great bike, can’t review the ST because we have not received it yet.
Purchased the EB5 Roamer Combo package. I revived the EB5+ within 5 days. Waiting on the ST to ship. The EB5+ has been great so far. I am an avid MTB and have owned many bikes over the years and this bike seems to be built well. Purchased these for my wife and I to ride rail to trails
We got the bike yesterday, and assembly and prep are in progress. We’re waiting to receive the other bike before taking them both out for a test ride together. We can’t wait to see if they’re everything we think they’ll be. So far, we’re TOTALLY impressed with the quality of the bike and the components, and they’re EASY to put together, too! If it lives up to our expectations, it will be an INCREDIBLE BIKE.
