What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 4-5 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I use this Jasion EB7 2.0 e-bike for transportation around airports. The bike weighs around 60-65 pounds and it's easy to store in the back seat of an airplane. It is a good alternative to other forms of transportation. eb7 2.0 is a great value for the money.

The EB7 2.0 arrived in 4 days, it was packaged well, and it assembled easily. Charged it up, and went to ride it but it would only get up to 15 MPH....after looking closer I only had it up to speed selection 5, so after taking it up to speed 9, I was able to get it up to 27-28 MPH. This is a great looking bike, it is well built....and I hope this bike last for a good long while.
Really nice product. like the way it folds and it runs great. The pet carrier is super nice too. bigger than you would think. Had a slight throttle problem when I received and their tech department fixed it over the phone. Impressed.
At first I thought the range was a lie because the battery died really fast but turns out I had the front brake on the tire wrong so I was just using more then I needed and now it’s awesome I use it to get to work and it’ll be great for school in the fall.
First was the assembly. I did it myself. Roughly 1 hr.
2nd was the ride. Love it. Went on 10+ ride with my son in the back. Smooth ride. Easy to understand on controls. Zero issues. Highly recommend, thank you Jasion.

We just received our EB7 and everything is as good or better than our Electric bike. We are very happy with all the help and communication from their customer service that answer all questions before we bought the bike
I gave it 1 star because 8 days after ordering, it still hadn’t arrived. It will NOT be delivered in 3-5 days. Unless you live in california!
Both bikes arrived today. The boxes were kinda beat up but luckily they were packed well enough that there wasn’t any major damage. Just a scuff.
Rode the bikes while the batteries were being charged and my knees reminded me why i got an Ebike. It’s hilly where i live and there is no way this 65 year old could ride a regular bike anymore. I installed the battery after charging and all i can say is “WOW”!
I wasn’t expecting the acceleration and power this bike has. When pedal assist kicks in, you know it!
Only rode about 1 mile so far and i absolutely love riding this bike. We bought them to ride the bike trails when we go camping.. we were in gulf shores last week and we walked 37 miles in 10 days. My knees hurt for a week when we got home. I have osteoarthristis and i refuse to sit on my ****.
Bike appears to be well built. Hope the next 500 miles are as much fun as the first one was!
Very responsive for Chinese (I think) Company, my bike came fast once I changed color to black (from green) otherwise would’ve had to wait. A month or two. OK, so Can’t wait to put it together. I’ll update with anything new, but I don’t have any problems with these guys and fact I like them.. good plan with Klarna for financing. Still owe a couple payments (3). Great company for a Chinese overseas deal.
