Craftsmanship
From a technological perspective, X-Hunter is equipped with a four-link structure that drives the movement of the entire electric bicycle through a central four-link structure. Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V13A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. Jasion Bike employs a quick-detach sealed design for the battery, with multiple layers of protective sheathing achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. The battery features removable charging.

Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.

It took a while to get the bikes we wanted because of the color. The wait was worth it. We couldn't be happier with the performance of the X-Hunter and The AB7 2.0. Both are great bikes.
Easy to put together, great fun! We purchased so we had a new form of entertainment and exercise. Reasonable price. We have been out on a couple short trips and everything is working fine. We are both over 70 and these are just the right size. I have set mine to a lower max speed than my husband has. It is nice to have the options. Looking forward to lots of fun and adventures!
Bike and company are both most excellent. Customer service has been outstanding, quick and helpful response every time I contacted them. Love how the bike handles, really outstanding brake system and the suspension is fantastic. The display for speed voltage and other riding data is very good-easy to read and access.
The x hunter was easy to assemble and online assistance was great. Had the bike charged and was riding the same day. I have risen a few other brands and the Jasionbike is a good one. I would purchase another if necessary.

I really don’t have anything to compare with this purchase, but so far, it’s been great. I recently purchased 2- Jasion Hunter X Pros. Both arrived very quickly. Arrived in great condition . All the parts were there. The app that explained the assembly was easy to understand. I had both assembled and ready to go within one hour. My wife and I took them both out for a test ride this past Friday. 16 mile loop. We really enjoyed them. Not one issue. Except for the heat wave we are enduring right now. Looking forward to the next ride. I am 65 years old. Highly recommend this to all fellow Seniors!!! They’re a blast. Safe, stable, Plenty of power and Great brakes!!! Thanks Jasion!!!
I have owned Rad, Ponto, and now my second Jaison. Hands down the X Hunter still is an awesome bike. The added features to the Hunter Pro puts it in another category of its own. No need to pay thousands for a full suspension, powerful, hydraulic brakes and even turn signals anymore.
We are an older couple (late 60s) and this is our first ebike. It was easy to assemble, but we would have liked a hard copy of instructions. Still have not set up app for adjusting gears...watching videos. Please take into consideration older buyers are not always techy.
