Craftsmanship
From a technological perspective, X-Hunter is equipped with a four-link structure that drives the movement of the entire electric bicycle through a central four-link structure. Combined with the 180mm adjustable front fork suspension, X-Hunter implements a full suspension system, providing riders with excellent suspension performance. Efficient Performance: 70-Mile Range on a Single Charge
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V13A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. Jasion Bike employs a quick-detach sealed design for the battery, with multiple layers of protective sheathing achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. The battery features removable charging.

What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Excellent bike.
Just got this bike and have started using it around the trails in Ancaster. So far so good - works well! A few minor hiccups with some loose nuts / bolts but overall has been working well.
I purchased 2 bikes. Got a great deal on them but I have had the worst experience with them. The bikes are made to look nice but are made with bad quality products. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I would not recommend anyone purchasing. Look at another option. Don't make my mistake.
I have been looking for an ebike for a couple of years without finding a good deal, until now. You've got a great product, well built, looks good, rides great, easy to use and came all the way from New Jersey without any damage. Could not be happier.

Hey, after receiving my Jasion Hunter x open the box was packed well to resist shipping damage
Putting it together was a lot easier than I thought it would be no big thing. First road tryout was great. Had plenty of power and after 25 miles with very little peddling and long, steep hills I have half the battery.
Bike is pretty sturdy and solid. Goes about 30 miles per charge and 23 mph. I weigh 185. It does not go even close to 80 miles per charge. Just a fair warning.
This is my first e bike I am very pleased with the bike so far. Very good heavy duty construction put together well.
