What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

The YR20 is the best bike I have owned. The pedal assist is great and gets up pretty quick once your at pas 2 and up. The suspension with the shocks is unreal. The seat is great. Long and comfy. Overall I give it 5 stars
My overall experience with the Jasion YR20 e-bike has been fairly good. I use it both for commuting and recreation, and after putting in about 32 miles (16 miles round trip to work), I’ve gathered some thoughts on what I liked and where I think there’s room for improvement.
Pros:
• The motor is impressively responsive, and I love that I can reach speeds up to 30mph with ease.
• The Shimano 7-speed gear system works smoothly, giving me great control over different terrains.
• Hydraulic brakes are a big win—they’re reliable and provide strong stopping power.
• The all-terrain tires are well-suited for various surfaces, which makes my ride more versatile and enjoyable.
Cons & Suggestions:
• Seat Comfort: The seat felt uncomfortable after a few miles. I’d like to know if there’s an option to upgrade or add cushioning for a more comfortable ride.
• Passenger Footrests: While the built-in passenger footrests are a nice idea, they often get in the way when I’m pedaling by hitting the back of my heels. Rear tire pegs would be a better alternative in my opinion.
• Two-Person Seating: My girlfriend (5’5”) and I (5’8”) tried riding together, but the seat didn’t provide enough space or comfort for both of us. It quickly became clear this bike isn’t ideal for two adult riders.
• Headlight Visibility: The headlight wasn’t bright enough during early morning rides, and the light beam didn’t provide a wide enough spread to feel confident navigating in the dark.
• Customization Options: I’d love to see more tire and rim options offered—white wall fat tires (20x4), magnesium 3-spoke rims, or a variety of colorful rim designs would really elevate the look and help buyers personalize their bikes. I would also like to have more color variety for the frame and seat.
• Battery Expansion: Having a built-in slot for a second 48V battery would be an awesome addition for those who want extended range.
• Rearview Mirrors: Mirrors should be standard for safety, not an optional add-on.
In conclusion, the Jasion YR20 offers great performance and solid features, especially for commuting and casual rides. With a few thoughtful upgrades and added options, this bike could go from good to great.

I absolutely love this bike! Battery is very good along with the suspension. My kids love that they can sit on the back and hit the trails with me. Flat trail or in the woods this bike has the power and speed for fun. Highly recommend.

Far as the range goes that is yet to be determined but from the riding I did do already the power and speed is definitely there and for a 210lb rider myself this bike goes plus the seat is fairly comfortable and the handlebars sit you up straight for better back support the only gripe I have about it is the tires because I mainly ride on the road but other than that I have zero complaints I actually Love this bike and would recommend it to anyone who likes moped style ebikes and far as commuting goes I would definitely rate it a 10 because it checked all boxes for me personally and I Love it.
I’ve tried a few e-bikes before, but the YR20 stands out. The extra-wide fat tires make every ride feel super stable, even when I’m riding on sand or gravel. The dual suspension really soaks up bumps, and the extended seat is perfect for longer rides—my back and legs don’t feel sore anymore. You can tell this bike is built for comfort and performance. The fat tires give me so much confidence, especially on rainy days—they grip the road well and absorb shocks. The suspension system works great over potholes and uneven pavement. It's honestly the best e-bike I've owned so far!
