I ordered your Jasion X-Hunter bike, ORDER #JR5607 on December 16 , 2023. About when will it be delivered? I remember something about February 5, 2024 and getting 2 free baskets with it. Also I assume you will not charge my credit card until February 5, 2024. Please keep me posted.

I ordered a black X-Hunter on November 29th using a promo code you offered for a $75 discount. I had not received it when you offered this compensation offer. When I contacted support and asked about it, I was told I had already received a discount (using your offered promo code) and wouldn’t be eligible for this offer. A FedEx label has been created but it’s been two weeks and FedEx is awaiting the bike. Firstly, I feel this is unfair to offer a promo code to get a discount on the purchase upfront (and I’ve already purchased two bikes from you before), and secondly—I’m not being compensated for having to wait until February for the bike as I had just noticed this message on your site. No one will answer your phone. Finally, your site still advertises “in stock” and “3-5 days shipping”. This is misleading and possibly illegal advertising. Please respond.
