14-Day Trail Policy
For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 14 days after receiving it. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $180. Jasion will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

It will take 6.5-7 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The amount of extras you get with this budget e-bike was my main reason for buying. The included passenger pegs, fenders, full suspension 750w motor, and the extended back rack are so great to have at this price.

This is the best bang for your buck. E-bike has a clean paint job to it and goes pretty fast. I got up to 31MPH but on average it goes 26-28MPH. Putting it together was easy, all you have to do is put the handle bar up and wheel on. Headlight is great and it comes with back turning signals.
This has to be the best budget E bike for the price all together you can’t have one complaint about this bike it looks nice it’s fast and has a lot of cool features I will definitely come back and buy another bike from this company
Only had the bike for a few days and I'm having a blast!
My son really wanted an e-bike that also mirrored an electric motor bike and this is really a great blending of the two. It's very sturdy and rides super smooth. The controls are great and it was easy to put together. I would highly recommend.
