This is the best bikes I ever bought, is beautiful, runs great and is fast, better than expected.
We recently purchased a pair of the X-Hunter*2 e-bikes and are loving them so far! They were fairly easy to assemble and are simple to operate! We are looking forward to many rides this summer!!
These bikes are awesome! Bikes were delivered fast, easy set up, and customer service was excellent and quick to answer any questions!
I have been looking for months to purchase a set of e-bikes for my husband and myself. This combo set was perfect! The product was well packaged and the set-up was easy. Even the tools needed were included! Customer Service responded quickly when I had questions!
Bike is good, no big complaints yet. I wish there was an easier way to reset the trip miles. Hope in the future JASION can make a guide how to operate the settings. All I find is random YouTube videos not even for the same bike.

More power than expected
The bike has good speed and fun to ride. We'll worth the price.
When the box arrived, it had a small hole in it but overall bike was packaged well. After unpacking we found one of the reflectors was broken. I e-mailed asking for a replacement and it was promptly sent; communication with customer service has been amazing. I was a little worried about the size and weight of the bike, as I am over 65 and stand 5’1. With seat adjusted to the lowest level, I can put my feet firmly on ground, and so far, can manage bike by myself! As for assembly, I must admit, we found the YouTube instruction video much more helpful than the instruction booklet.
The bikes arrived quickly but two says apart. This was fine due to assembly.
The only trouble I had with Assembly was the left rear fender her bolt. it was too short to pull the fender bracket around the bolt behind it. I had to bend it slightly to get the treads to catch. Same issue both bikes. turning the headlights on was a little tricky but figured it out. I have not had a chance to take the bikes for a ride due to weather and time. The pannier bags were not with the bikes. they were part of the package I bought. customer service sent them as soo. S they were notified. got the first pair today and the second is arriving tomorrow. my black bike had a small scratch on the top of the frame. I will fix it.

Good afternoon
We received our bikes and put them together and noticed that the white bike has scratches on the rack, the frame and battery due to the battery compartment rattling. The box was damaged that the White bike was delivered in.
Please let me know what we can do to rectify this situation.

I recently bought X2 Hunter for my twins 10th birthday. They arrived within 3 days of purchase. The assembly of the bike was very easy and took me less than hour in putting both bikes together. Me and my wife took them out for test drive and we felt like kids again. We had so much fun exploring our city we recently bought a house in. Even though I bought the bikes for my kids I am now considering buying two more from Jasion. These bikes are awesome and it’s such a fun ride. My boys birthday is next week I am can’t wait to see the look in their faces when they open the garage and see their new Ebikes! Thank you Jasion

Great range for long rides
I recently purchased 2 fat tires and 2 roamers. All have enough power and range on one charge. They are so much fun. Highly recommend them.

The customer service was amazing! Any questions I had they answered quickly and were so nice! We bought two of these and love them. Whether just cruising around or doing some trails! Love that the seat is large enough to fit me and one person, the pegs that pop out on the back tires are great. I love the size of the display and how the whole bike works, so sturdy and can tell made with quality.
