Craftsmanship

48V13A Battery by Samsung
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V13A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. What's your shipping policy?
Jasion provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you choose to pick it up, please pick it up from the warehouse within two days since you receive BOL, or the order will be voided. You will need to pay the warehouse placement fee, which is ten dollars per ebike per day.

Received bike in 11 days from order which is good considering it came clean across the country. Bike was easy to assemble and I am impressed with the quality of its appearance. I had to loosen the rear suspension a little to free it up but other than that everything works great. It’s a great addition to our r-v .

Love our X-Hunter e-bikes! After much browsing of e-bikes, we really liked what we saw in these and ordered the bundle. Easy assembly and customer service has been great. These bikes have met our expectations for these two retirees. Would definitely, and have, recommended to friends.
This is an awesome bike! Love the soft cushioned seat, the four inch wide puncture resistance tires and the back rack. This bike is super heavy duty. It travels easily, II can fold it and place it in one of the totes from Sam’s and it slides right in the back of my jeep. So far the battery life and mileage is great. I ran the bike all day last weekend on mostly throttle only and not once had a problem with a low battery. It’s a sharp looking bike and I’ve received lots of compliments on the bike. You won’t be disappointed in the Jason X Hunter.
Wife surprised me with an X-Hunter and I couldn’t be more pleased!! Easy to assemble and simple to learn! Heavy bike with a lot of durability to it. The wide tires and design are well thought out. I am new to the electric bike culture. I actually have not written a bike in more than 8 years and man is it fun to ride this bike. I bought it to be able to spend more time outside and do some type of activity. I used mostly the pedal assist and also full electric mode on this bike and I am pretty sore just from that. I am a bigger guy but have since lost 130lbs so I am not starting from 0% activity. It’s fun and a good workout. The bottom pedal scrapes a lot. I can only get to 20 mph but I do weight 360 so I assume that is why (I already adjusted it to go max speed). The brakes are great and sturdy. The bike came with a a few scrapes so idk if I got something use or not and that is slightly disappointing. I am still giving it 5 stars since I am pleased with it. A lot of reviews keep saying the max weight for bike is 330lbs but the website says 480lbs. I reached out to the company to ask about it but they haven’t responded. I have only used it one evening but will use it again for a full day of fun and a ride next to the beach.
