As a long-time bicyclist, the Jasion X-Hunter is pretty good. As I have aged, the ebike platform is a great way to continue enjoying bike riding, and the low profile of the X-Hunter with the 20" wide tires gives me the stability I need. Could Jasion make some improvements? Sure... here's my wish list:
- Provide instructions to adjust PAS sensitivity using P11 and P12 - these settings are not explained;
- Re-shape the rear wheel fender bracket rod so it avoids pressing on the rear brake caliper. Currently, I had to re-shape it myself, with difficulty;
- Re-program the method to reset trip mileage - make it simpler than resetting P16;
- Provide an upgrade path for getting a light package which includes turn signal lights;
- Right now, the console can monitor the remaining battery voltage - convert that information to "percentage remaining" so that it's clear what this value means.
My Bike shipped within a few days and arrived in less than a week as advertised.
I had a few questions when getting it ready to ride. Called the support line and got to talk to a person who answered all of my question within a few minutes. This was so much better than the other brand I tried to buy and never recieved.
My son loves his new E- bike! It works great, and looks bada$$! He has hundreds of miles on it in less than a couple weeks! It is as advertised! East to put together too!
This X Hunter is an awesome bike - powerful and fast on hills and eats rough terrain for breakfast. 4" tires are the best. I am 6'2" 250 lbs and it works great.
We also have the EB& 2.0 for my wife and I also have the awesome powerful Thunder.
These Jasion bikes are the best, especially for the value. Packaging and delivery are great. Take your time with set-up and look at a few set-up videos. Make sure everything is tightened-up and then do a few safety checks. Once you do one, the rest are easy, but take your time - an hour or two from opening package, to charging, to test ride, to be safe. Start charging your battery as soon as you receive it, even not yet unpackaged. Be careful of the handlebars and lights which hang on the wires until you install them. All simple tools are included - 2 wrenches and several allen wrenches. Learn how to install the front wheel , the handlebars and the peddles. The rest is easy. Make sure that the front wheel is very tight and secure. Pump up your tires.
You will love these bikes as they are game changers for fun road and off road, and hills. We ride them on roads, paths, and trails in the White Mts. of NH. Powerful!

I'm 5'2" and short-legged, an am happy to report, with the seat low, I am comfortable getting on and off the bike and feel in control.

Just received these and really like them. Easy to assemble. Wish the brakes didn't squeak so much.

Love this bike! The shipment came in very quickly, exactly 7 days. It was very easy to assemble. The power, speed, and range on this bike is great! This bike will do 30 mph but only at a completely full charge and after that it will top out at 28 mph. The one thing they need to work on is the back brakes squeaking, however there customer service is very quick to respond and sent me a link on how the resolve the brake squeaking problem. This is my first e-bike and I did a lot of research on different e-bikes and I am glad I landed on Jasion Hunter Pro, for the money it is definitely worth it.
I’m coming from a JASION EB72.0. And the Jasion X hunter did not disappoint. Wish it had turn signals , cruise control. And hydraulic calipers. Love the 20x4.0 tires. Seems a lot bigger too. I want a bike lock just don’t know where to lock it. All I need is a 11.28 freewheel. So far my top speed is 32.7 mph . Love the bigger battery. Wish it came with a bigger one.this is my second JASION BIKE IN 3 months. Definitely a nice upgrade from the JASION EB7 2.0

I have 900 miles on my Eb7 ,put new rear tire and brakes 50$ dollars, No issues at all with bike,as advertised

This is a well built bike, I love the front and rear suspension, rides great, runs for miles on a single charge, great on and off the road, I can ride all over town with no problem, and it is nice to be able to fold the bike up and put it in my car, I would definitely recommend this ebike, nice ebike, thank you very much!!!
X-Hunter*2 Long Range
We use them when we travel in our RV, they are great.

Ordered the hunter pro in mid-June, got it mid July. I knew it would take a while when I ordered it. Put it together, charged the battery and away I went. I'm 75 years old and my bike riding was far in the past. It took a while to learn the bike and get comfortable with riding it. I ride 10 to 15 miles a day, (weather permitting) and my knees and hips are showing improvements. I had one problem. The battery charge indicator on the LCD wasn't working. It was always 100%. I contacted Jasion customer support and was put in contact with Juno, after a few emails back and forth he sent a new LDC. I installed the new one, fairly simple to do, and it's working fine. I'm really enjoying my Hunter Pro, riding nearly every day and having a lot of FUN.
Pros:
1. Bike install was reasonably easy
2. Like the flexibility to fold the bike
3. Love the big tires
4. Goes pretty fast and has a smooth ride and suspension
5. Well-designed and love the various colors. I got the gray color.
Cons:
1. Very Heavy
2. No paper manual (did videos to install)
3. Left brake not working (Checked for wheel alignment, bolts, making sure the steering and the handle were all properly aligned) paid $60 dollars for a bike specialist to fix the hydraulic 's on the bike (was not pleased) as this is a brand-new bike.

Overall, I really like the bike. This bike does require a bit of a learning curve, since it is my first e-bike. Sole purpose of this bike purchase is to run my 2-year Belgian Malinois, I currently run with him 4 times a week, but this gives my knees-legs a break. He seems to really enjoy and does wear him out. I feel like now I can run to the grocery store for small item pickup and bike with my son as well.
Excellent ebike I ride pretty much every day average 20 + mile other than getting a couple flats bike preforms perfectly.
