Husband and I both got one, so far so good. Instructions were terrible but found a very helpful YouTube video that was easy to follow. Bikes have been great so far for city use.

We ordered 2 X Hunter ebikes July 2025. We received them 5 days later. Assembly was easy and the quality of the bike was awesome. We have about 25 miles on each of them and the only thing we had to address was brake adjustments. The suspension makes the ride comfy and the battery life has been great for us. The customer service has been easy to contact and responded first thing the next business day, but I only asked about accessories we ordered. We are looking forward to new adventures!
My wife and I ordered the hunter pro x2 and just received them a couple days ago . So far we really like these bikes . We only have roughly 50 miles on them . The thing I like the most about these bikes is it brings the kid out of an old man , I have feet , ankle, knee and hip problems, and riding this bike REALLY helps all my joints , keeps me moving with zero pain or pressure in those joints. We took them camping this weekend and our friends rode them and after one time riding them they are ordering them . Quality feels good , power is better than others . They look great and ride fantastic. ,we rode 6 thousand dollar Trek e bikes and I personally like the Jasion way more ( and I have personally owned and still own several Trek bikes .)
I have been looking at E-bikes for quite awhile and settled on the Hunter Pro. It is well worth the money. I have only charged the battery one time in the 2 weeks that ai have had it.
Nice ride. Good power and speed. The seat could be more comfortable. The mileage range is not as advertised unless only using the lower speeds.
I took about a month to receive. The fat tires are better for loose dirt, gravel and sand. The 20 ah battery and 120 nm is what was looking for sense there is a lot of hills.

Added a Hunter Pro to my Jasion family. WOW, it is phenomenal power, torque, battery life, comfort. EVERYTHING you want in an E Bike!! I have 4 E Bikes and this is by far the best addition. If you want to shop around and waste money, go for it. If you want the best up front, but the Hunter Pro.
My husband and I purchased the Thunder Ebikes from Jasion. We ordered July 27 and received Aug 1 of 2025 so shipping is 5 days. We assembled and charged then we put 20 miles on them the next day! Assembly is easy and riding is fun! I recommend this Ebike! Best purchase I made! We ride these at home on vacation or when we go camping in all terrain. We love Jasion!
Shipping stinks. They said 3 days but, I did not receive it until a month later. No call or text to tell me it would be delayed. I had to keep inquiring. Other than that it is a great bike.
The xhunter is a great bike. It has a lot of power and has a long battery life. Would recommend. I do wish you made the step through bike like this,
