I was attempting to buy this E bike. But let me tell you you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend . I keep smiling every time I ride the bike cause now I can go more.. notice they have multiple good looking bikes, but I went to thunder so as for a big person, this is the bike for you. so what are you waiting for? Go buy it
Love the bike relatively easy to put together, wish they had sent a manual would have made it easier. Still trying to get one so I can program the bike.

The Hunter Pro has plenty of power to spare. This is a very comfortable bike and with the rear suspension that is exemplified. Easy to put together right out of the box. The only issue is we purchased two of them and the brakes on both of them squeak and squeal. We are told that hydraulic brakes can do that...we will see over time.
its very fast for a bike. I am pleased. If this thing can tackle steep up hills in San Francisco or like a mountain on a dirt bike trail. I will be very happy. So far I tthink it has enough power

Was surprised at the order to delivery time - well done. Set up was smooth and complete in 1.5 hours - nice video on assembly. Only disappointment: wasn’t familiar with details regarding the ride experience- should do a quick video on user interface and technique on riding an e bike bs bike or moped - the pos settings took me a while to figure out.
I’m still learning how to incorporate the gears in the peddling and I haven’t gone further than 18 miles so far but everything seems to be living up to what was promised
Everything about this E-Bike my kid loves. My only issue is the tires are supposedly puncture resistant and my son has already punctured 2 tires. I know kids are careless, but 2 tires in a month ?
. great bike for taller riders. The bike handles great and has a strong motor. Battery life is good but would buy the larger battery if you have a long commute
The service has been real good. They get back to you within a day.

Love my EB5 Roamer ST. Wish there had been more colors available. I got the green which is nice but would have liked black or dark blue.
Very impressed with the quality of product from the packaging and ease of putting together riding it Plenty of power, plenty of miles, all around, definitely well worth the price. I bought two!
My bike arrived with 2 items damaged in transit. I emailed Jasion Customer Service and was promptly sent replacement parts. My bike now works perfect and I am very happy with the customer service provided!

So after a few weeks of riding our x2 EB 7's We can not find the reason why one of the bikes rare tube will not keep inflation. Slow leak that turns into fast leak.
We like our baskets for carrying things while riding, very handy!
I purchased a pair of Hunter Pro's and my wife and I are having a ball on them. They are very well built and the range has been very good. Customer service was very responsible to an issue with a front fender that had shipping damage. Price for this quality of bike is VERY good.

The bike is great and works great with only one small but fixable problem, the brakes came to loose and had acceleration problems but once tightened worked like a dream
Great bike and great customer service. Definitely worth the money! I will be getting a second bike for my wife!
