What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 90% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

Love it
I have just received my bike and used it 1x. Putting it together was a challenge when it comes to the installing of the handlebars, the video wasn't very clear, especially with the 2 rings that I'm still not sure are supposed to be installed when putting the handlebars back on. They say there isn't suppose to be a gap but there is, whether you take the ring out or not.
Came well packaged and 95% assembled arrived in two days. Seat was very uncomfortable had to purchase a bigger one. I would recommend to family and friends. Put 30 miles on ,so far good riding.
Seat was to hard , had to buy a bigger one plus a mirror on the left. Other than that it was a good purchase. Bike was 99% put together which was a plus.
I know some may be thinking its a little late in life to purchase an e-bike, but having the freedom to ride the many hills in my neighborhood with the power assist from a battery is wonderful. I would recommend an e-bike for any age.
I highly recommend this bike.

I own 2 RAD bikes I bought a few years ago and the Jasion bikes put them to shame. The power, comfort, ride and portability is unmatched. Excellent E bike built well,
very nice ride.
We really like the bike and the quality of the. Components. My only complaint is that when you pedal on pas 1 the bike goes 12 mph which is too fast to stay with a person walking. Jasion says that you can’t adjust the pedal speed but I was able to on my two other electric bikes.
