What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

It will take 4-5 hours.

Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 90% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I was very pleased with the bikes. They seem to be made with high quallity. They are very smoth riding bikes. I have been impressed.
Happy with the bike. It was easy to assemble and is fun to ride. I would change the assisted speeds down. 12 mph in first is way too fast. Would like better directions to re-program.

I bought two one for me one formy wife we both like them we have put 50 miles on them. we plan to put more but it is a little to warm. As soon as it cools down we will be rideing more.

I just got back and opened it up and everything is going good. I haven't gone very far.
It was easy to put together and came with the tools to do it. There was a problem and I had to contact customer service, but they were great and got me on my bike and moving.
The bike has some kick to it, so when you first are starting just be aware. Otherwise it’s smooth and comfortable.
I've put 400 miles in just over 3 months. Having a blast.
