For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 14 days after receiving it. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $180. Jasion will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

The bikes (we ordered 2) are everything we expected and more. Easy to assemble with help from the online YouTube video, easy to use, and great power. Seats are nice and big on our HunterPro, and we like the fat tires (making it easier to pedal on gravel and trails). They arrived quickly and our dog likes the pet basket too.
Can’t wait for my first camping trip next season with it.

Great bike as described fast shipping good tracking provided.
I bought this e-bike after doing a lot of comparison research and finding it the best value. A local bridge in our area was hit and damaged causing it to close and turning my daily commute from a 20 mile/30 minute into a 40 mile/2 hour detour. Luckily there is a rails to trails path so I’m able to park in an adjacent town and ride the final 3.5 miles to work. I’ve only put 30 miles on the bike so far but I’m impressed with the power and battery life. I’m hopeing to put many more miles on it.

Love the bike relatively easy to put together, wish they had sent a manual would have made it easier. Still trying to get one so I can program the bike.
Like to hunter x a lot. It is a little heavier then I would like but manageable.

What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

It will take 7-8 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.
