The mileage I’m getting is not consistent with what you’re advertising. Does the battery degrade with usage? I do love the bike and the way it looks and handles.
Best E-bike out there
We have had a great success with Hunter pro bikes,on our biking tours, we really like the ability to adjust the speed of the bike settings one through five depending on the terrain and the weather, with the app on the phone very easily the bikes are well built, and have lived up to everything in the advertisements We recommend you try this product.
I absolutely love mine! I believe I put eight hundred miles on it within my first forty five days of owning it. The only reason I’m not riding it now, or since mid June is because of the brakes. I would love to start riding again but unless I become a bike mechanic I wouldn’t be able to afford the tune ups with as much as I would ride it. Besides needing a different brake system for this set-up I highly recommend this bike!
So far I am very pleased with the hunter pro. I haven’t been able to test the distance yet, however the speed and power is as advertised. I was disappointed because I thought the deal that I was going to get was going to include a rear basket, but I was apparently mistaken and it only came with the rear rack, which I thought automatically came with the bike since I never saw the option to buy one without it. One thing Jasion could do is include a simple instruction manual. I wasn’t surprised that it wasn’t there because other reviews had said that it didn’t come with one. I know that the QR codes are there, but I like the ones I can study in my hands as well.

Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.
