What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

I got the EB5 Roamer for my birthday, not knowing what to expect.
I was blown away by the smooth ride and the awesome power of this bike. The bike has all the features. best E bike, at this price point.
For the price of this bike you can't go wrong even with my bike having some issues when I got it home. All I had to do was contact support and they got right on the problem and fixed it right away. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Buy the way my bike on a flat road actually does 28 mph and l weigh 227 pounds that's not to shabby.

Got this bike for a gift .love it ! But it couldn't get sent to my house for some reason. When I finally received it, front rotar was bent bad. Got fixed for $15 at a local bike shop. The tires that come with this bike are laughable ! Back tire was bald after not even 200 miles ! Besides that , bike is wonderful ! Engine and torc very strong . ! Does 28 mph as advertised and that's fast for a bike ! You hit a little pothole going that fast , your done ! Wish bike could be lighter though.
So far we are pleased with the shipping time frame. Assembly went well. My fenders were scratched up during shipping. The ride is comfortable. A little scary at first. It goes a little faster than I expected. If there was a way to slow it down when engaging peddling that would be great. It automatically hits 11 mph when you start peddling. Also, the rear tire blew out when airing up. We put it to 50lbs, tire states 40 to 60psi.
Love the bike but out of the box, the chain was not on the main drive sprocket. I had to install it. The chain guard also rubbed on the chain and I had to modify the rear bracket to prevent it from rubbing. Once I got it all assembled and adjusted, it is a good ride. Plenty of power. Performs well.
I really like the bike........but.........I'm a hard rider. I like to do hills. I like to push myself. This bike is more for the person who wants to just take their time, ride on flat surfaces and do easy rides. It's really good for that........my friend got 70 miles out of a charge by doing that. Me........I got 36 doing the hills and riding hard. I was disappointed in that.......but, that's my fault. I try to ride it like I'm used to riding. I have to slow down to ride this one to get any mileage out of a charge. I'm still glad I got the bike; it's going to serve me well when I go to Gulf Shores and do the bike trails around there!

My wife and I bought the bike combo during a Haloween sale in October of 2024.
We absolutely love them! We have a paved bike trail next to our home that we use frequently. The battery life is remarkable! I added the mirrors to mine. My wife now wants to add them to her bike. What we like about the Ebikes is that you choose how much exercise you get on each ride. The quality of the bikes and the ease to put them together is worth raving about as well. The price fit our budget and we highly recommend this brand.
