At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. The 1st gear speed feels more like traditional bicycle riding and provides electric assistance, allowing you to enjoy the pleasure of riding without exerting extra effort

All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.

Bike was fairly easy to put together. The only problem is the front tire since the time it was assembled seems to be wobbling. The rim looks fine, I think the rubber on the tire is deformed. Please let me know what to do to get this corrected. My name is Ron Romano [****]. Thanks

I love my Jason bike , was super easy to assemble, I enjoy every minute when I go on small trips
Husband and I both got one, so far so good. Instructions were terrible but found a very helpful YouTube video that was easy to follow. Bikes have been great so far for city use.
The bike was easy to assemble had great directions
The only thing I was disappointed on was it only goes 20mph max not 28mph
I got the EB5 Roamer for my birthday, not knowing what to expect.
I was blown away by the smooth ride and the awesome power of this bike. The bike has all the features. best E bike, at this price point.
For the price of this bike you can't go wrong even with my bike having some issues when I got it home. All I had to do was contact support and they got right on the problem and fixed it right away. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Buy the way my bike on a flat road actually does 28 mph and l weigh 227 pounds that's not to shabby.
