What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I use this Jasion EB7 2.0 e-bike for transportation around airports. The bike weighs around 60-65 pounds and it's easy to store in the back seat of an airplane. It is a good alternative to other forms of transportation. eb7 2.0 is a great value for the money.

the entire process from purchase to delivery was flawless. the e-bike was ordered June 27th and was delivered July 3rd . it was easy to assemble. instructions were not included in the box but they were easy to find on-line by scanning the QR code. the bike was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT.
I purchased the combo set of e-bikes, the EB7 2.0 and the EB7 ST, during the Father's Day sales event. The e-bikes were delivered as promised after a minor out of stock delay. Communication with the company was excellent and informative. The e-bikes were very easy to assemble and get started riding. These are my first e-bikes that I have ever purchased. I wanted something that was small enough and light enough to take with me in my RV for camp transportation. These two e-bikes fit the bill perfectly. They fold up to help save space and weigh very little. They have plenty of power to ride around all day and be able to go into town from the campsites. My only complaints would be for a more comfortable seat and I really don't like that the key is located in the bottom of the frame. I understand why it is made this way but it just makes it a little difficult to find the key hole. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend these e-bikes to everyone, especially pilots looking for lightweight transportation around the GA airports.
After shopping around for a few months, we decided on the Jasion e-bike, specifically EB7 ST. Bought this model for the wider tires as we travel on some gravel roads. Easy to assemble, although it helps to have 2 people. A slight learning curve to safely operate as we are seniors and are not used to pedal assist, but after 2 short rides, felt comfortable for a long trail ride. Good value, great bike!
My hubby and I decided to purchase the Jasion brand after reviewing several others. Cost was a factor, but so was comfort and ease of use. These bikes fit our needs. We both have arthritic knees and these allow us to exercise without as much strain. Works great on gravel too. Shipping was fast and it only took us about an hour to do both.

Absolutely the best bike out there for the money right now. Sure you could spend more for one with a different name on it, but it’s going to be the same quality. absolutely impressed with the build the quality the strength of this bike. Fast efficient shipping. Great communication via email. I will recommend this bike to everyone who asks me about an electric bike all my friends, family, and strangers on the street.! if you are contemplating or hesitant, don’t be buy the bike! The green in photos is much lighter than it actually is it is a mat army green, which we were very impressed by and happy that it wasn’t more of an avocado color.
The performance of the bike is great. The bike is powerful, rides smooth, and looks good. The price was very good. The customer service is exceptional. That woman I dealt with was kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and this particular E Bike.
