What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

It will take 4-5 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

Sure you could spend more for one with a different name on it, but it’s going to be the same quality. absolutely impressed with the build the quality the strength of this bike. Fast efficient shipping. Great communication via email. I will recommend this bike to everyone who asks me about an electric bike all my friends, family, and strangers on the street.! if you are contemplating or hesitant, don’t be buy the bike! The green in photos is much lighter than it actually is it is a mat army green, which we were very impressed by and happy that it wasn’t more of an avocado color.
The performance of the bike is great. The bike is powerful, rides smooth, and looks good. The price was very good. The customer service is exceptional. That woman I dealt with was kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and this particular E Bike.

The customer service
We camp a lot on the Outer Banks in North Carolina and have been looking to get a golf cart. Then we met some other campers that had two Jasion e-bikes. They loved them. So… we looked into it and found many great reviews for them. We got two delivered to Friscowoods Campground. EB7ST, they were easy to assemble. My wife has had some back surgery and these bikes are a great way for us to get around.
What sets Jasion apart from others is their service. On one bike the throttle was damaged. I contacted their support team and they are taking care of the issue by sending us a new throttle. Our friends have had issues with another brand and they were told to send the bike back. What a hassle. You can always judge a company by their customer service.
I previously owned a powerful electric scooter so I was looking for something similar and it definitely improved my expectations. Good bikes, great performance. Although the battery on one of them is failing me a little, maybe it's a manufacturing defect, I don't know yet.
Easy to assemble, came with all the parts and most importantly... our cats loved the boxes haha.
Love the ebikes. St was too tall for wife. We sold it.
We got 2 EB7 ST bikes about a month now. No issues with them, love the suspension. My only problem was one of the bikes pedal wasn’t threaded correctly when made. I sent pictures and request for a replacement pedal from Jaison. They told me it was fine and wouldn’t replace the pedal. It doesn’t **** in to seat. Their customer service replies fairly quickly. Eventually I’ll buy a new one myself. Shame on them for warranting the pedal.
They are amazing, one them makes a a sound with the breaks but other then that i haven’t had a problem. Love riding my bike to and from work everyday.
We are figuring out the best way to transport our bikes but loving the rides we done so far. The bikes are a bit awkward to fold and we are seeing a few scratches as a result of folding.
