For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 14 days after receiving it. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $180. Jasion will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

48V13A Battery by Samsung
Utilizing newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V13A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. Jasion Bike employs a quick-detach sealed design for the battery, with multiple layers of protective sheathing achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. The battery features removable charging.
Full Suspension System for Ebike
X-Hunter employs a front fork with manually adjustable shock absorption and a four-link mechanism to achieve a high-intensity suspension effect for the entire bike. What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Does my height suit these 2 bikes?
X-Hunter recommended rider height is 5'3" to 6'4".
EB7 2.0 recommended rider height is 5'1" to 6'2".
I ordered two items, why I have received only one?
Because the shipment weight is overweight, we usually ship them separately. So both reach at different day and time. Please don’t panic and just keep tracking the item in your orders window or your email. If you still can not find it please contact us.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.
