48V13A Battery by Samsung
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V13A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. Jasion Bike employs a quick-detach sealed design for the battery, with multiple layers of protective sheathing achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. The battery features removable charging.

Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).
Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you first contact us at support@jasionbike.com.

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Does my height suit these 2 bikes?
X-Hunter recommended rider height is 5'3" to 6'4".
EB7 ST recommended rider height is 4'5" to 6'2".
I ordered two items, why I have received only one?
Because the shipment weight is overweight, we usually ship them separately. So both reach at different day and time. Please don’t panic and just keep tracking the item in your orders window or your email. If you still can not find it please contact us.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

The Jasion X-Hunter is a 4in fat tire ebike with a 22 amp controller, 13 amp hour battery, and a dual suspension system. I test the bike's power, speed, and brakes by riding up hills and going down steep inclines. The bike costs $939 with free shipping and it's worth buying.

We were gifted a Jasion E-bike which was perfect timing! Jasion EB7 ST is great as the seat goes very low for my mom and it also folds in half so it's easy to transport in the back of a car. It was the first time any of us tried an e-bike so we had a great time driving!

Great product, I brought a different brand for Christmas it was ok but jasion blows it out of the water
We have been looking for an ebike for so long. We finally found this one and it is everything we had hoped for! So fun for our family night rides
I am loving this bike.
Great bikes, comfortable and easy to ride
Great bike for on and off road. Plenty of battery life. Off road suspension good. Average speed 28 miles per hour at top end. I told all my friends how great this bike is with great service and a fast response to a minor problem that was solved immediately.

The X Hunter has a comfortable ride and the seat is extra wide and cushy. The EB7 ST doesn’t have as nice a ride and the seat is not comfortable. I wanted the ST so that I don’t have to lift my leg up and over the bike, but I wish I would have gotten the X Hunter because it’s a nicer ride and seems like it’s better built. The brakes on the EB 7 make a grinding/humming sound. I called for support and they sent instructions to adjust the calipers. That helped momentarily, but it started making noise again. I feel like there’s an issue with either the rotor or caliper and I don’t know how to adjust. It would be nice if I could take it to a local bike store to inspect rather than online do it yourself help.
I recently bought my 1st e-bike, the Hunter Pro and love it! The Jasion was always on my list of possibilities and after much research I decided to go with the Hunter Pro. It offers what I wanted: it is foldable, has a comfortable seat, smooth ride and has been easy to operate.
The Hunter Pro has been a win, win for me!
We purchased an EB7 for our grandson who was walking to work. He absolutely loved the bike. Made a huge difference for him. So when we decided that in order for us to continue biking, we needed to give our old knees some help! We remembered how much fun we had on our test rides on the bike we got for our grandson & immediately decided e-bikes were for us! Got the X Hunter for my husband, who is a bigger guy. We've only been on one ride so far, but had a blast. I'm having a bit of trouble with the tire on the EB7 ST, but Stan in customer service has been very helpful in taking care of this situation. Cant wait to get out on the trails!
