How do I get this guide? In particular, I need section 4. I just bought two new ebikes from Jasion. However, the derailer (spelling?) is not setting the chain properly in the gears in gears 1-3…too much clicking and not a clean connection (like it does in the upper gears). I tried to make a few adjustments, and it’s helped some; but not enough. I’ve tried contacting Customer Service, but they are not responding. Can you help?
