Delivery Update: Your eBike is on the Way

Dear Valued Customer,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your eBike order.

We’d like to inform you that our products — including the Hunter Pro, X-Hunter, and YR20 — have already arrived at customs. However, due to a recent surge in import volume caused by new tariff regulations, the clearance process is taking longer than expected.

As a result, shipments originally scheduled for delivery by the end of June will be delayed. We understand how disappointing it is not to receive your order on time, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this may have caused.

Please rest assured that our team is actively working with customs officials to expedite the clearance process and ensure your eBike is delivered to you as soon as possible.

    Thanks for the update, it must be chaos dealing with changes.
    I read other ebike companies also have these issues (Delayed orders).

    OK, was to get a $50 credit within 48 hours (email Monday morn) have not received. Also, ordered A YR20 June 21 and per order page “Order now to secure your bike first, and will be shipped in 10 business days!” and still no word on shipment other than “Pending Pickup” Summer will be over before I receive my Bike!.

    What’s the current status of my order for Ord# JR29943. The last was waiting to be P/U by carrier, that was two days ago. Anything current?
