Delivery Update: Your eBike is on the Way

We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your eBike order.

We’d like to inform you that our products — including the Hunter Pro, X-Hunter, and YR20 — have already arrived at customs. However, due to a recent surge in import volume caused by new tariff regulations, the clearance process is taking longer than expected.

As a result, shipments originally scheduled for delivery by the end of June will be delayed. We understand how disappointing it is not to receive your order on time, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this may have caused.

Please rest assured that our team is actively working with customs officials to expedite the clearance process and ensure your eBike is delivered to you as soon as possible.

    I just read these comments and I’m freaking out, I just went through a month long dispute with Aipas bike, where I had to cancel my vacation twice and had to ask for my money back, I finally got my money back and I ordered a Jaison bike thinking there’s no way this can happen again. But after reading these comments I’m skeptical, I just placed my order on Friday Aug 1st.The website says 1 to 2 days to process the order 5 to 7 days delivery. If there are delays then Jaison needs to remove those shipping time lines from their website and let people know before they spend their money. Not take their money and then force them to wait. That was precisely the reason why I ordered because I need the bike quickly, if it’s not going to ship the way the website says , I can start asking for my money back right now. (Order No. JR32212) If monday I don’t receive an email that my order is shipping then that’s exactly what I will do. I have very little vacation time left I can’t wait another 2 to 3 weeks for a bike.

    Thanks for the update, it must be chaos dealing with changes.
    I read other ebike companies also have these issues (Delayed orders).

    I will have to say the same thing as the rest. I just want the truth on delivery. I am sorry there are tariff issues. That is on you and pricing the website appropriately. I hope the may guy got his but please quit lying about delivery dates. My order is jr30090. If you can’t ship tell us the truth.

    I ordered on June 15, 2025 said it was packaged on June 16,2025 waiting for pickup on June 17,2025. Still has not shipped, This is false advertising as the bike is supposedly now at port awaiting to be released, It has not been packaged yet. I said I wanted my money refunded and now customer support is ignoring me. Do not deal with this company

    OK, was to get a $50 credit within 48 hours (email Monday morn) have not received. Also, ordered A YR20 June 21 and per order page “Order now to secure your bike first, and will be shipped in 10 business days!” and still no word on shipment other than “Pending Pickup” Summer will be over before I receive my Bike!.
