Never owning an electric bike ( owning standard mountain bikes) we jumped in with both feet. Both my wife and I are very happy with the purchase. We have had them with us on three camping trips and they did not disappoint. Held a charge very well.
Researched e-bikes for a few weeks, so many varieties. With trails some rough terrain & camping in mind. The Thunder for the money was the best buy for the money! My wife & I just love them! Game changer from our old Schwin & Diamondback. Absolute Blast to ride! Best value for a step thru bike. IMO.

We purchased two of the Thunder bikes. Very easy to assemble. We absolutely love our bikes just recently bought a bike rack and taking them south to the mountains when we go. Highly recommend!!
I gave it four start instead of 5 only because I have no idea of what a super expensive bike is like in comparison.

Love the ROAMER ST !! It’s my wife’s bike, but she loves it. Initially she was bummed. Because there were a couple things that were scuffed/scratched (due to packaging, not workmanship). I notified Doris in Customer Service and the concerns were resolved immediately !! Thank You, Doris. She was super professional and responsive to our concerns.
The ROAMER has about 50 miles on it already and zero issues or concerns. My wife truly enjoys this ROAMER ST !!! So far, no concerns and the range seems to be as described with using the PAS.
We are waiting for the rear basket and will update the review after reviving the basket and installing.

This purchase of our 2 Thunder e-bikes has been the best purchase I’ve made in years. I weigh 250 in fair shape. The bike will work you as hard as you’re feeling. My Thunder in all out fast as I could go is 36.7 mph. Normally paved trails, power assist at 2 & in 3rd gear. Very comfortable. These bikes have been a game changer for my wife & I. With my research on e-bikes , this is the Best Buy for a step thru bike.
Got the eb5 roamer bike for 700 battery lasted for over 1400 miles intill I had ro get a new very happy with this bike

I took this bike on my first camping trip to an airfield to fly RC Plains. It was excellent.!
The warranty is only as good as the dealer makes, can’t say how good it is until I need it.

The bikes (we ordered 2) are everything we expected and more. Easy to assemble with help from the online YouTube video, easy to use, and great power. Seats are nice and big on our HunterPro, and we like the fat tires (making it easier to pedal on gravel and trails). They arrived quickly and our dog likes the pet basket too.
Can’t wait for my first camping trip next season with it.

I just received my bike about 5 days ago. I was surprised at the size of it. It is quite large. However due to the low center bar it makes it quite simple and comfortable to step not the bike and have firm footing while at a stop. This is a solid bike and is a real good looking bike. The power of the PAS was surprising. I have not put a lot of miles on it yet. But am planning to take a month away and visit many state parks across the united states from Arizona to Vermont and look forward to spending much time on it.
